Center to integrate healthcare company’s unique approach to healing and wellness

Rogersville, Tenn. (1/26/15) – Signature HealthCARE has chosen Rogersville, Tenn. as the location for its second Signature Lifestyles assisted living center.

The first, announced last fall, is being built in Jefferson City, Tenn.

Signature is a growing provider of long-term care, rehabilitation and health care services with 126 locations in 10 states. The launch of Signature Lifestyles is the latest in a series of moves that are expanding Signature’s services beyond traditional nursing home care and across the entire spectrum of health care services.

The Rogersville center will offer 24-hour nursing assistance, a rehabilitative therapy gym, and other services and amenities. The 26,000-square-foot facility will feature XX private apartments in six different options, from studio to two-bedroom units.

Signature Lifestyles – Rogersville is expected to open during January 2016, after construction is complete and the facility is properly licensed, and staffed. As many as 30 people will be hired for the new center, including positions in nursing, dietary, housekeeping, administration and other roles.

Signature’s culture is founded on three distinct organizational pillars – Spirituality, Learning and Intra-preneurship – each of which is a distinct department with its own staff and initiatives. Signature’s culture will be integrated into the new center, tailored to meet the individual needs and desires of the people it serves, both residents and staff.

Signature HealthCARE currently operates nearly 30 skilled-nursing and rehabilitation centers across Tennessee. Meanwhile, Silver Angels, an affiliate company, provides non-medical home care services through its 10 locations statewide.

“Signature has deep roots here, and we’re proud to expand our offerings with Signature Lifestyles,” said Signature Lifestyles CEO Peter Falk. “We know our services and culture are a great fit for Rogersville, and we’re looking forward to being able to serve more people in this community.”

Company leaders from Signature, along with local elected officials and others, are among guests expected to attend the groundbreaking ceremony, which takes place at 10 a.m. this Thursday, Jan. 29, at 1341 E. Main Street in Rogersville. For more information, contact Peter Falk at (865) 680-3009.
