Signature Lifestyles of Jefferson City

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Pam Roberts, and I am the Executive Director of Signature Lifestyles of Jefferson City. I was born and raised in Jefferson City, Tennessee. After several years of following my husband’s military career we returned home to Jefferson County to raise our family. When I came to Signature Lifestyles, I knew I had found a place were I could use my love of senior adults and my love of serving others. I have a background in accounting and business management. After 3 ½ years of mentoring and on the job training I was offered the position of Executive Director in 2022. My main goal is to always put our residents first in everything we do, and to make sure they are treated with dignity and respect.
